Matthew Korpman is a biblical scholar and church historian who is an adjunct professor of religion at the HMS Richards Divinity School located at La Sierra University. He’s a graduate of Yale University and is currently completing his PhD in New Testament studies at the University of Birmingham. He has published almost 50 academic articles on the history of the Bible and its interpretation, including a chapter in the recently published Oxford Handbook of the Apocrypha.
